Suha Mina Rashid is perfectly located in one of Dubai’s most historic loca- tions, truly bringing out the flavor this beautiful city exudes. The modern and elegant design of this property is ideal for business travelers and those looking for a long stay, giving you a warm homely feely entwined with all your requirements.

Challenge:

The client desired a seamless integration of media lighting without compromising the building’s aesthetics during the day. A large number of traditional lighting fixtures can be visually intrusive when not illuminated.

Solution:

We implemented a solution using slim, dynamic pixel linear lights. These lights were strategically positioned within grooves of the existing facade, achieving two key bene- fits:

Hidden in Plain Sight: During the daytime, the slim profile of the lights blends seam- lessly with the building’s architecture, maintaining its visual integrity.

Nighttime Spectacle: When activated at night, the pixel lights come alive, transform- ing the facade into a captivating canvas for displaying animations and text.

This project demonstrates the effectiveness of strategically designed media facade lighting in achieving both aesthetic and functional goals.

Stunning Nighttime Display: The dynamic pixel lights create a visually mesmerizing experience at night, attracting attention and enhancing the building’s presence.
